1. Self Driving Cars:
In 2015, Big companies like Google, Microsoft and Tesla including some other big car making companies entered the business of self-driving cars. They promised that they would make it safer to travel.
In 2016, we can expect them to introduce one of these to the Public and we might see one of them on the roads without a driver; steering on its own.

2. More Mature Smart Watches And Fitness Trackers:
2015 gave us some of the best Smart watches. This was one of the most discussed topics. These devices are useful but they need to be charged daily and have less features.
In 2016, I would love to see smart watches with longer battery life, more features which would make them more useful. It would be great If they become a bit independent. We also expect new designs from Fitness Tracker Makers like Fitbit.

3.Entering Of The Virtual And The Augmented Reality World:
Some years ago some virtual reality headsets (Oculus Rift, HTC vive, Microsoft Hololens etc.) kicked in and from that day most of the people are waiting for their final build to release. Until now they (Oculus Rift) were being sold as a development Kit and now Oculus Rift have been scheduled to be released for consumers in the first quarter of 2016. Other VR Headsets like HTC Vive are also scheduled to be released this year. Sony will also be releasing VR Headsets that’s compatible with the PS4 console, which is also expected to release in the first quarter of 2016.
4.Interest In 3D Printing Technology:
This year we might find most of our things being made using 3D Printers. They might become more affordable in the future giving the access to everyone to use them. We might even start making most of our buildings using 3D Print Technology.
5. More Smarter Phones:
In 2015, some new companies showed up and some called their phones “The Flagship Killer”, whereas some called their phones as “The Most Powerful Phone On The Planet”. These were the phones from Companies like OnePlus and Yu and they actually pulled it off. They conquered the markets with their invite system strategy. They were cheaper but offered the same features and quality which a high end phones would offer. In 2016, more affordable phones might be available with much more features and the battle between the high end and the affordable phones will continue. We might expect them to have more RAM and a better camera with great screen.
STAY TUNED FOR UPDATES. MORE TECH MIGHT BE COMING!
